Left my house at 530 for the 2 hr dr. Rainy and drizzly. All week they had been calling for rain on Sat. After we left I had my doubts if it was the right decision. Rain turned to fog. Day ended up being sunny/partly cloudy.

I think there were around 300 cars registered. Much bigger crowd than I had expected. We left about 530 am got there around 730. Car got right about 10mpg . I attended the judges breakfast and meeting, along with a continuing ed class for judging. 3rd one I have been to, I was on an apprentice judging team. We looked and scored cars but it did not count, a practice run.  I am now a 'judge' and will be doing the real work at the next event I attend. Gonna try to get to NY in July.

One of the great things about an AACA show is the diversity of the cars. Unlike a local show or cruise in that is mostly muscle car stuff, mustangs, chevelles, camaro, and dodge. Not that there is anything wrong with those. At this show there was everything from an early 1900 horseless carriage to a late 90's corrolla.
