Sunday Drive

2023-04-16_11-15-26 by Kerry Grubb, on Flickr

Went out yesterday for a cars n coffee. Got there about 930 and there were exactly 4 other cars. 2 maverics, and 2 camaros. Found out after the fact that the time is 7-9, so everyone either left or there wasnt a big turnout. Ended up on a nice long drive through Lancaster Co. PA. Took this pic in front of Robert Fultons birth place. I let my son drive as he has taken a liking to the 77 :-D Between Fri and Sun he put over 200 miles on it.

That's a great picture, 200 miles, I am envious. I had mine out for about a 50 mile ride on Friday and thought I was doing alright until I read this post.

That cool! My daughter (who had just started driving) has been begging to drive mine. I told her someday.... I know she rides quads, snowmobiles and jetskis but she isn't a very good driver yet....

Now my son, who's 14 can drive the wheels off anything. I'd let him drive the Trans am now....

Anyway, totally cool he is driving it and keeping it exercised.

50 miles? My transmission is laying on the floor under my car while I wait on parts so I’m envious of any miles at this point lol.

Good looking pic Kerry

I know. Wife had a baby in October though remember?   :-D  I’m lucky I got to drive it the few times I did at the end of last year. Hoping to have it back together this weekend if I get my parts.

Oh boy, I forgot that! Let me tell you, that really slows down the car progress. I started taking mine apart when my daughter was born, I drove it for the first time after restoring it when she was 13.....

Yikes lol. Ah well, it’s totally worth it. We didn’t even think we’d be able to have any.

Sorry for the digression Kerry. Back to your regularly scheduled program. :-D
