Show unread posts button
« on: April 24, 2024, 09:58:39 AM »
I call it a button for lack of a better term but you get the idea. The link near the top of the page by our profile picture. Does it work for anyone? It always says no unread posts for me regardless of there being any. I use the recent posts link at the bottom of the page but I liked the other option better.

I hadn't used it in months, but I just tried it and it isn't working here either.

That’s interesting that it works for some and not others and partially for a few too

Click the one that says, "Show unread posts since last visit." That works well for me, it is also next to your profile pic.

The computer I'm using right now is the only one it works on. All the others no joy.

It may also have something to do with the way my android phone shows this site. It the old analog view not the normal way. I actually now prefer this view but maybe that is why thar button works for me??

Maybe. I use an iPhone but I still wondered if it’s something on my phones end possibly. I want to say it started immediately after the crash but I can’t be sure

I don't use my phone but a main computer with Firefox, never had a problem with it. I know that doesn't help you but it may help Mike.

Mine works on my 2014 HP.  I’ve ran Firefox for years.  I tried it on my phone like the OP and it didn’t show any new posts.
