Title: Who is knowledgeable about Head Units?

On modern cars, you can scroll/choose from your library on the USB stick...Is there any aftermarket unit that supports this?

If you can do this without interrupting what's playing, bonus!

I run the RetroSound head unit. Looks exactly like the factory radio, but can play music through Bluetooth, USB, Siriusxm, etc.
