Post by: Avalanche on April 18, 2021, 07:40:19 AM
Hi - does anyone know of anyplace that sells exterior touch up in spray cans for our classics?  Id like to find some of the light silver to paint the welting I put on my front flairs.

Thanks!

Lots of places on-line that sell custom mixed rattle can paint.  Or check with a nearby auto paint store, many of them can do this also.
You just need the paint code. https://paintref.com/paintref/index.shtml (https://paintref.com/paintref/index.shtml)

Try AutomotiveTouchUp.com   I used their paint by the gallons to paint my TATA. The colours they have match PERFECTLY to original. The underside of my trunk lid was good, just a bit rough around the edges. In that area I used the spray bombs they have to touch up, it blended perfect.  They sell paint from eye dropper size through gallons. You will have to buy the clear coat spray bomb as well unless you already have some.

I too have used automotive touch up,on several cars.matches well.on small areas,I've found the clear topcoat to be un-needed.
