hello . has anyone fitted these hedman headers on a 74 455 trans am are these any good . https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-28156

Yes, i have them.  They fit great and I have had no issues with them.

I forgot to add the ball and socket joints for headers are so nice.  I would never buy another set of headers without them!

thanks for the replies. these hedman headers say oval port is that the same as d-port

No those are the D-port, I remember the number.  You can also see the D-port in the picture.

They also have a painted version, 28150, for less money.  Both prices are up quite a bit from when I bought.  There has really been inflation in auto parts.

so they are right thought i was going mad . the only dealer that as listed them right is jegs .
