reading some posts on another car forum and the subject of centre caps and valve stem came up
in the porsche manual it states the tip of the porsche shield on the wheel centre cap sjould point to the valve stem and the lock nut for the wheel
so i figure the pontiac arrow head should be the same
can anyone make a photoshop to show this and a not aligned version

It’s had to see in this photo due to the rotation of the tire, but the bottom of the bird aligns with the valve stem. Further, the valve stem on all four wheels is at the same point on each tire. So if one way to rotate (clock) each wheel to put the valve stem at the bottom, all four centers would be vertical and all for tires would display the same.

I'm with "another10th". Tail feathers aligns with the valve stem.

Im kinda silly about how things align, I like what another 10th did, but I highly doubt that the factory could care less about how things lined up when they were installing these.
