That first message is a common issue when the site owner generate a security certificate (ie...SSL) , which is something associated with sites that take payments, etc... That could mean that the cert has expired or doesn't contain a wildcard entry for the domain name. A site with a cert should be accessible with https:// or http:// , but you have to have ports 81 and 443 bound to the cert. If you only have 443 then you'll get that error.
