Indeed it was!  You can see the Boeing Access Freeway under construction in the background; the bridge is over the north end of Airport Road - known to us street racers as the "Checkered Flag".

That plane is in Seattle's Museum of Flight.  I toured a few months ago; wanted to spend more time in it but it is outside and Dad was complaining about the cold.  The interior is stripped - covered in clear plexi so you can see the cable runs, etc.
