I know this came off my car but have no idea from where, anybody have a clue?

Wow, I have had a few if these cars apart and I don't remember seeing that. Maybe it's year specific?

Subframe bolts and nuts look like that, in the most gross sense (the nuts are square).  It's unusual for anybody to get one of those nuts out of the body, though.
