Mr. Berg!  So good to see you back on here.  We've missed you!  I saw your registration with the '78 on the Nationals page.  I'm looking forward to seeing you- it's been a while.

Been too long, we live in Texas now to be near family will be great to see you.  Four operations and dozens of procedures. Somewhat stable right now on indefinite chemo.  Long long story.  Wife not at all happy I'm going. Having other issues but doctors told me to do what I can While I still think I can.   Been on dialysis for over two years.  Doing my best to make it. Friend of mine from Oklahoma is towing my car out to Dayton Daughter and I are flying.

I met up with George a few times over the weekend.  He is someone that I have always respected.  He won't mention it to you all, so I will- he took 1st place again this year with his gorgeous black '78 Trans Am.

I was happy to meet up with George over the weekend as well. I also was able to visit with Nick Seslar (Motlyfan), Mike and Peggy Kozar (Fire-Am), John Milhauser (Milly), and Rick Bolt (I don't remember his screen name), not to mention Mr. Freeman (kentucky yeti). It was like an old TAC reunion!!

Congratulations, George, on your win! Always a class act.

OMG George, I’m sorry to hear about the cancer battle.  I wasn’t able to make it to the Nats this year but would have been great to see you.  Sorry I missed you and so many of the other “old school” guys from 15 years ago or the Drury Inn Days of 2007-08.  I rarely check in here anymore since being block from the “other” TA site.  I still have my car.  It’s got 39,600 original miles on it now and the original paint still shines decent.  I plan to be at next years Nats for the entire weekend.  It’s been a long time and I miss so many of the old timers.

George, my friend, it’s with great respect that I say thank you for your service sir.

Great to see a familiar name from the old days. Prayers for your health issues, they catch up to all of us at some point.
