Question for you guys, i am sure that someone will have the answer.
Have a look at the rims on the Trans Am on this book cover.
I have seen these before and someone said they were Trans Am rims.
They do look like snowflakes but they are not.
At that time I disagreed with that person but now I see them on the cover of this Trans Am restoration book.
Are these Trans Am rims?

I would say they are NOT Trans Am rims.

They were pretty popular rim from the tire store back then. That's an appliance center cap. I think that is an appliance wheel.

Nope, not factory. Although commonly seen on Toranas and other Holdens down here in Aus.

I was looking at those for my Firebird a long time ago, Appliance Dia-Mag if I remember correctly.

x2 Appliance Dia-Mags...although another 1-2 almost identical versions of them kicking around as well, from memory the area around the lugnuts is slightly different in pattern.
