How do you get to the screws for the exterior sweep?  Pull out the window?

Wallington:
Opposite. Drop the window. Move the lower stop down or remove, then sink the glass down past it.

Thanks. I was looking at it and thought that might be an option also.

Are you replacing them with OER sweeps or just cleaning up?
